A place named after a word you have probably never said, but more importantly named after a sandwich you have never heard of, let alone tasted.

Our aim is to shine fast food in a new light. Bringing the same environment and service style as a food truck or fast food restaurant, all the while using the freshest ingredients possible, and high end cooking techniques to bring out the boldest of flavors. We like to call it consciously crafted fast food.

Beyond the Lomito sandwich we offer a variety of other sandwiches, tacos and quesadillas, as well as sides and slaws. Bringing the best of street food to the forefront, encompassing Latin America as a whole.
